Come and start your New Year off on the right foot by joining us on Saturday 21st January for an exclusive workshop day at the Nutbeam studio.
Anna Middleton, Raw Chef and Health Educator, will be showing us how to make eating both healthy and tasty. Rosemary Hannam from Hannam Health will be taking you through some Pilates and body conditioning exercises and the day will end with some relaxing Yoga from Ciara.
This is an exciting opportunity to learn how to nourish yourself through making both the right food choices and the right movements for your body to help you feel invigorated and ready for the year ahead.
We will cover the following topics:
How to make nourishing food choices and learn about cellular health.
Foods to improve - Gut health, brain function, mood, vitality
Foods to reduce inflammation
The day of course wouldn’t be complete without the opportunity to test out a specially prepared lunch by Anna to help put the theory into practice!
